Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential environmental services organization seeking a Junior Sales Specialist for their Poland operations. In this role, you will:

  • Acquire new clients in your assigned territory through telephone sales, email outreach, and direct contact
  • Achieve sales targets after a 3-month onboarding period
  • Prepare commercial and tender offers for prospective clients
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategy
  • Execute promotional and marketing campaigns, representing the organization in the marketplace
  • Occasionally collect laboratory samples (water, wastewater, sediment, soil) for environmental testing when required

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a sales or commercial role
  • Valid Category B driving license
  • Availability and willingness to work in the field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of environmental protection topics and the environmental services market
  • Communicative English language skills
  • Relevant education in chemistry, environmental protection, or related fields
  • Understanding of chemistry and biology fundamentals
  • Ability to interpret legal regulations
