About This Opportunity
We are representing a fast-growing AI technology company that is transforming how organizations approach talent acquisition. Our client has built a sophisticated platform serving enterprise customers across fintech, SaaS, and high-growth technology sectors. With significant venture backing and year-over-year growth, they are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their London team and drive go-to-market excellence.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in London for a strategic marketing professional who can translate complex AI capabilities into compelling customer narratives.
Responsibilities
- Lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new product releases and capabilities
- Plan and execute product launches in close partnership with Product and customer-facing teams
- Develop deep expertise in customer needs, buyer behavior, competitive landscape, and the recruiting technology market
- Create clear narratives, case studies, sales collateral, and enablement materials from customer insights
- Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with knowledge and tools to communicate product value effectively
- Measure impact of product marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience owning product marketing for B2B technology products
- Strong product and technical fluency with ability to become an internal expert on complex platforms
- Demonstrated customer and market research skills with judgment to convert insights into action
- Business acumen and go-to-market instinct connecting product decisions to ideal customer profile, competition, sales motion, adoption, and revenue
- Excellent writing and communication skills paired with high standards for craft and quality
- High agency, collaborative mindset, and bias toward action in fast-moving environments
- Ability to work hands-on and go deep on technical product details
