Working Student Supply Planning (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing consumer goods organization in Berlin that is seeking a Working Student to join their Supply Planning team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in production and replenishment planning within a dynamic FMCG environment.

In this role, you will support the translation of demand forecasts into actionable production schedules, help coordinate material availability, and work closely with cross-functional teams including purchasing, operations, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and maintenance of production and supply schedules aligned with demand forecasts
• Assist in coordinating with demand planning and purchasing teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components
• Track production performance against plan and help identify variances or potential risks
• Prepare reports, analyses, and planning data using Excel and ERP systems to support decision-making
• Contribute to cross-functional coordination by facilitating communication between operations, purchasing, and marketing
• Support ad-hoc analyses, data validation, and process improvement initiatives within the planning team

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field, ideally with a focus on operations or planning
• Available for approximately 20 hours per week with ability to commit for at least 8 months
• Strong analytical mindset with genuine interest in supply chain, production flows, and forecasting processes
• Confident working with data and Excel; experience with ERP or planning tools is a strong advantage
• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style with excellent prioritization skills
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Previous practical experience in supply or production planning (internship or working student role) is highly advantageous
• Exposure to FMCG, food, supplements, or high-volume production environments is a strong plus
