Responsibilities

  • Ensure all projects within assigned programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with organizational goals and IT governance standards
  • Define complex program vision, scope, and goals; develop comprehensive roadmaps that align with strategic objectives
  • Oversee execution of all projects within the program, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with business goals
  • Manage overall project performance to meet quality, schedule, and financial targets; oversee work activities and motivate teams to increase performance
  • Manage program resource assignments to ensure achievable goals and maintain alignment with strategic intent
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate program-level risks; develop and implement contingency plans to minimize impact on timelines
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage program budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation across project paths
  • Define and track key performance indicators; ensure program deliverables meet quality and business standards
  • Provide leadership to train, motivate, and direct technical and administrative personnel through project implementation challenges

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in IT program management with a proven track record delivering large-scale IT projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) OR PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification required
  • Strong experience with project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
  • Experience with IT infrastructure components including hardware, software, and network systems
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project Online and ServiceNow
  • Demonstrated financial and risk management capabilities including budget tracking, forecasting, and risk mitigation
  • Experience analyzing complex information for strategic decision-making
  • Proven abilities in decision making, project management, and innovative problem-solving
  • Strong collaboration skills working with program teams, partners, and IT support staff
  • Experience managing cross-functional, multi-regional programs
