Appointment Setter – Remote + Full Time (Warm Leads)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing remote-first organization in the lead generation and sales enablement space. Our client is building a distributed team of high-performing appointment setters who thrive on autonomy, coaching, and measurable growth. This is a full-time remote role for someone ready to turn warm inbound leads into booked appointments and genuine career momentum.

This is not a cold-calling grind. You'll be handling inbound interest from U.S. consumer brands in financial services and home improvement—people who have already raised their hand. Your job is to qualify, engage, and convert that interest into scheduled meetings and enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage warm inbound leads via phone and digital channels
• Qualify prospects and book appointments for the sales team
• Own your daily and weekly performance metrics with real-time visibility
• Participate in ongoing coaching and skill development sessions
• Work a structured 40-hour weekly shift scheduled between 12 PM and 12 AM EST
• Collaborate with a remote team across multiple time zones
• Track your own progress and adjust tactics based on feedback and results

• Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

• Availability to work a consistent full-time schedule within the 12 PM–12 AM EST window
