About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential plaintiff-side law firm specializing in consumer protection litigation. We are seeking a Junior-Mid Level Attorney to join their lemon law practice. This is a fully remote position for candidates licensed in California.

Responsibilities
- Represent clients in lemon law cases and related consumer protection matters
- Conduct client consultations to evaluate cases and provide legal advice
- Draft demand letters, complaints, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
- Negotiate settlements with manufacturers, dealerships, and insurance companies
- Participate in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients throughout the litigation process
- Handle court appearances and hearings as needed
- Collaborate with legal professionals to deliver excellent client service
What We're Looking For
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Civil litigation experience, ideally with exposure to consumer protection or lemon law matters
- Excellent academic background
- Strong legal research and writing abilities
- Demonstrated success in case outcomes and client representation
- Oral advocacy and courtroom skills
- Deposition experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and commitment to deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships
