Junior-Mid Level Attorney (Lemon Law)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential plaintiff-side law firm specializing in consumer protection litigation. We are seeking a Junior-Mid Level Attorney to join their lemon law practice. This is a fully remote position for candidates licensed in California.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in lemon law cases and related consumer protection matters
• Conduct client consultations to evaluate cases and provide legal advice
• Draft demand letters, complaints, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
• Negotiate settlements with manufacturers, dealerships, and insurance companies
• Participate in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients throughout the litigation process
• Handle court appearances and hearings as needed
• Collaborate with legal professionals to deliver excellent client service

What We're Looking For

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Civil litigation experience, ideally with exposure to consumer protection or lemon law matters
• Excellent academic background
• Strong legal research and writing abilities
• Demonstrated success in case outcomes and client representation
• Oral advocacy and courtroom skills
• Deposition experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and commitment to deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships
