Role Overview
As a Support Analyst in IT Quality at Mattel's Hyderabad location, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the reliability, performance, and security of our technology infrastructure. This full-time position combines technical support expertise with quality assurance principles to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues affecting business operations across the organization. You'll be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional technical support while upholding the highest standards of quality in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
- Document and analyze IT issues to identify root causes and performance patterns
- Monitor system performance and quality metrics to ensure optimal uptime and user experience
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions and preventive measures
- Test and validate IT solutions to ensure they meet established quality standards
- Support user onboarding and technical guidance where needed
