About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential data services organization seeking Norwegian-speaking Ads Quality Raters based in Norway. In this role, you'll evaluate internet advertisements to improve how ads are matched to user search intent. You'll review content in both Norwegian and English, providing feedback that helps train AI systems to deliver more relevant advertising experiences.

Responsibilities
- Review and grade internet advertisements based on relevance to user keywords
- Evaluate ad quality in both Norwegian and English

- Adapt to varying project volumes and requirements
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Norwegian (required)
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Current residence in Norway (verified during onboarding)
- Comfortable knowledge of modern popular culture
- Daily internet user with strong search engine familiarity
- Reliable computer system and stable internet connection
- Legally authorized to work on freelance projects in Norway
- Willingness to sign standard NDA and service agreements
- Flexibility with variable weekly hours based on project needs
Schedule and Commitment
This is a remote, independent contractor position offering significant flexibility. You'll set your own schedule within the following parameters: minimum 5 hours per week, maximum 20 hours per week. The project is long-term with an immediate start date. Hours may fluctuate based on client project volume.
