Lifted, an Upwork Company™ is seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Airbnb Luxe Home Consultant to support a high-end property portfolio based in Duluth, MN. This is a contract position for professionals who excel at building relationships and managing luxury hospitality experiences.

Position Summary

As an Airbnb Luxe Home Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating and maintaining the standards of premium vacation properties. You'll serve as the primary point of contact between property owners and guests, ensuring each interaction reflects the exceptional quality that defines luxury hospitality. Your communication skills and ability to anticipate guest needs will be essential to keeping properties booked and guests delighted.

Core Duties

• Engage with property owners and guests through email, phone, and messaging platforms with professionalism and care
• Coordinate property preparations, maintenance scheduling, and guest turnover logistics
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with prompt, thoughtful responses
• Monitor and maintain positive guest reviews and property ratings
• Provide advisory support to help properties achieve and sustain luxury listing standards
• Document and escalate complex issues to senior team members

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and manage relationships across diverse personalities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with customer service, hospitality, or property management preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar short-term rental platforms a plus
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work from our Duluth, MN office location
