About the Role

As an Airbnb Luxe Home Consultant with Lifted, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-end property owners and their guests throughout the guest journey. Your role centres on clear, professional communication that builds trust, resolves concerns swiftly, and enhances the overall experience across premium property portfolios. You'll work independently to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction across this specialised segment of the short-term rental market.

Core Duties

• Communicate proactively with property owners and guests via multiple channels, maintaining professionalism and clarity at all times
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with thoughtful, timely responses
• Support property owners in optimising their listings and operations through direct consultation
• Coordinate logistics such as check-ins, amenities, and maintenance requests with precision
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records of property and guest information
• Identify opportunities to improve guest experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously and respond promptly
• Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills when working with high-net-worth individuals
• Familiarity with short-term rental platforms, property management, or luxury hospitality (preferred)
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
• Ability to work autonomously whilst meeting agreed timelines and standards
