(Senior) Art Director (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare communications organization seeking a Senior Art Director to lead visual concept development and brand strategy. In this role, you will:

• Develop visual concepts based on strategic objectives and target audience insights
• Create consistent brand and communication solutions across print, digital, and UI/UX channels
• Ensure design quality across multiple touchpoints, formats, and assets
• Utilize AI-powered creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT) for creative exploration, efficiency, and visual development
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to intelligently integrate all communication measures
• Help shape internal creative processes with focus on relevance, goal orientation, and innovation
• Participate in visualizing and developing presentations, content structures, and communication models

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in communication design, art direction, or visual concept development, ideally in an agency or consultancy environment
• Strong creative excellence with a digital focus and proven ability to deliver from initial concept through final execution
• Self-organized, detail-oriented working style with high standards for design excellence
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, plus solid experience using AI-based applications like Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, or ChatGPT
• Drive and ambition to continuously develop your skills in an environment that values growth
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside creative professionals, strategists, and consultants
• Openness to feedback and a genuine desire to shape rather than simply manage
