Senior Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization in their search for a Senior Technical Product Manager to own their hybrid search intelligence platform. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on how millions of employees access critical information across desktop and mobile environments.

In this position, you will:

• Own the product transition from general availability release through the next expansion phase, incorporating customer feedback and defining clear roadmap priorities
• Establish success metrics for search that balance technical performance with genuine user value
• Collaborate closely with AI teams to ensure search intelligence aligns with assistant capabilities
• Expand search coverage including video subtitle indexing, richer content types, and platform integrations
• Build toward enterprise-grade search by connecting to existing knowledge bases and content repositories
• Drive re-ranking improvements and relevance quality as the product matures
• Define what it means for employees to find the right information at the right time from any device

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to search, information retrieval, or AI/ML-powered products
• B2B SaaS background strongly preferred—you understand enterprise customers, IT stakeholders, and integration complexity
• Demonstrated ability to work on technically complex products while keeping user needs visible and central
• Track record of iterating, improving, and maturing products beyond initial launch
• Confident and opinionated—able to hold your own with senior, highly technical engineering teams and negotiate priorities
• Technical fluency in search infrastructure, indexing, and ranking sufficient for credible trade-off conversations
• User-oriented mindset with ability to tie performance metrics back to end-user impact

Highly desirable:

• Experience with semantic or vector search, embeddings, and retrieval models
• Familiarity with search relevance and re-ranking, including signals, scoring, and quality tuning
• Experience working with indexing pipelines and content ingestion
• Exposure to enterprise knowledge integrations and external platform connectivity
• Awareness of AI-generated summaries or answer synthesis from retrieved results
• Familiarity with search evaluation frameworks beyond click-through rate
