Responsibilities
Our talent team is representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking an AI Security Field CTO based in London. In this role, you will lead major customer engagements, both remotely and on-site, tackling the most complex challenges in AI security.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with customers, partners, sales teams, R&D, marketing, operations, and customer success to deliver exceptional AI security solutions
- Building product demonstrations and presenting to strategic accounts in high-profile meetings
- Driving deal success by handling complex technical sales engagements focused on AI security
- Breaking down strategic product goals into actionable tasks and managing execution across departments
- Conducting product research, writing detailed design documents, and managing end-to-end feature delivery
- Creating and delivering presentations for customers, partners, sales, and professional services teams
- Supporting sales in large opportunities, RFI/RFP processes, and collecting requirements
- Developing sales enablement materials and deep product collateral
- Leading and supporting complex customer deployments from initial design through implementation and validation
- Acting as a hands-on technical expert throughout the customer lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years of B2B pre-sales experience, solutions architecture, field CTO, or product management in cybersecurity
- Strong technical background in AI, software engineering, or cybersecurity
- Excellent presentation skills and written communication abilities for emails, RFPs, and reports
- Business-driven and customer-first attitude with proven ability to support sales organizations in securing new business
- Strong product vision with ability to conduct market and user research, perform competitive analysis, maintain ongoing client contact, track and analyze user behavior, and respond to user feedback
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and partners face-to-face
