Office Coordinator (part-time)

Evolution is seeking an Office Coordinator (part-time) to join our team in Tallinn, Harju County, EE. This is an excellent opportunity to support daily operations and bring organisational excellence to our office environment.

The Opportunity

As an Office Coordinator at Evolution, you'll be the backbone of our office operations. This part-time role offers flexibility whilst enabling you to make a meaningful impact across our Tallinn location. You'll work closely with multiple teams, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and help create an efficient, welcoming workplace for all colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate office schedules, meeting rooms, and calendars for team members
• Manage correspondence, phone inquiries, and general administrative requests
• Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
• Organise team meetings, events, and gatherings
• Support vendor and supplier relationships and coordinate procurement
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain office records, filing systems, and documentation
• Handle general clerical and administrative duties as required
