IT-Berater HR-Systeme / Digital Transformation (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a well-established, mission-critical services organization in the Bremen area seeking an IT Consultant to drive digital transformation of their HR systems. In this role, you will:

• Maintain and ensure the technical functionality and smooth operation of the central HR software landscape and all connected personnel systems
• Analyze existing HR processes in close coordination with the personnel department and transform them into modern digital workflows and system structures
• Actively support the technological evolution of HR systems from traditional on-premise models to forward-looking cloud and mobile solutions
• Design, maintain, and optimize custom programming, interfaces to external systems, and useful add-ons within the HR environment
• Coordinate external IT service providers to ensure seamless knowledge transfer during projects
• Lead or contribute technical expertise to projects focused on standardizing and optimizing the internal system landscape

What We're Looking For

• A completed degree in business informatics, business administration, or a commercial-technical qualification with several years of relevant IT experience
• Solid experience in support, configuration, or key-user roles for ERP modules in the HR/HCM domain
• Familiarity with cloud structures, modern database technologies, or HR cloud software is a clear advantage
• A self-directed, solution-oriented work style with a strong service mentality toward internal departments
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken), team spirit, and enthusiasm for continuous professional development
