Senior Manager, Product Marketing

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to lead and scale their product marketing function. This is a player-coach role where you'll manage a team of Product Marketing Managers while owning strategic go-to-market execution across the product portfolio.

This role operates in a product-led growth environment—not a traditional sales-driven organization. You'll ensure product marketing serves as a true growth engine, owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution that drives adoption, conversion, and expansion.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers across multiple product lines including accounting, invoicing, payments, and payroll solutions
• Set strategy, priorities, and operating rhythms for the product marketing team while establishing best practices and frameworks for positioning, messaging, and GTM excellence
• Deliver product-led growth campaigns focused on customer value, free-to-paid conversion, usage-based expansion, and monetization levers
• Own go-to-market strategy across major product launches, feature releases, and enhancements in partnership with Product and Growth leadership
• Define activation and adoption milestones in partnership with Product and Data teams
• Serve as the primary Product Marketing partner to Product, Growth, and Customer Experience functions
• Champion experimentation and learning across go-to-market initiatives and customer journeys
• Define success metrics for product marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure internal teams are equipped with clear messaging, narratives, and enablement resources

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7–10+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS, with demonstrated experience managing other Product Marketing Managers
• Proven experience operating in a product-led SaaS model and understanding adoption-driven and lifecycle growth strategies
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, scale, and inspire a team
• Expertise connecting positioning and GTM strategy directly to product usage, growth, and revenue outcomes
• Highly cross-functional mindset and comfort influencing without authority
• Empathy for small business owners and a strong customer-first approach
• Experience with product-led growth motion campaigns and conversion optimization
