Spezialist Payroll (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization in Darmstadt that requires a detail-oriented payroll specialist to manage monthly payroll processing and serve as the central point of contact for payroll-related matters.

• Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on schedule
• Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related questions and issues
• Record absences including vacation, sick leave, and parental leave in timekeeping and payroll systems
• Communicate with health insurance providers and professional associations regarding employee matters
• Process accident reports and handle correspondence with relevant institutions
• Prepare certificates for employees and government authorities, as well as statistical reports
• Maintain system data integrity through accurate data entry, scanning, and document filing
• Support payroll projects and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with timely and accurate payroll processing
• Ability to address payroll-related questions clearly and with a service-oriented approach
• Careful attention to detail when working with absence data, documents, and timekeeping systems
• Experience communicating with health insurance companies and professional associations
• Structured approach to handling certificates, accident reports, and statistical documentation
• Reliable work ethic with willingness to support projects and take on additional responsibilities
