Sales Specialist-Mid Market

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech organization that is expanding its mid-market sales function. We are seeking an experienced sales professional who excels at consultative selling to C-suite decision-makers and can manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry events, and partner referrals
• Drive the complete sales process from initial lead through contract signing for mid-market accounts (1,000-10,000 employees)
• Travel to prospect and customer locations to present solutions and build executive-level relationships
• Represent the organization at industry tradeshows and thought leadership events
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and close new business across multiple industry verticals
• Collaborate with activation and account management teams to ensure seamless client transitions
• Develop and refine sales messaging and talk tracks for various stakeholder levels
• Partner with leadership to optimize territory strategy and sales processes
• Maintain current knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of technology or solution sales experience
• Proven track record closing new business with companies employing 1,000-10,000 people
• Experience selling Human Capital Management solutions or payment technologies strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Exceptional strategic planning and business development capabilities with ownership at every stage of the sales lifecycle
• Strong ability to position complex technology solutions and manage multiple stakeholder engagements
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated C-level interface experience
• Deep understanding of financial technology trends and challenges in staffing, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail sectors
• Proficiency with Salesforce and pipeline management tools
• Self-starter mentality with entrepreneurial drive
