Position Summary

Equinox in Hawthorne is seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician to provide expert facial treatments, skincare consultations, and aesthetic services to our discerning membership. As a key member of our club's ancillary services team, you'll combine technical skill with personalized attention, helping members achieve their skin health and wellness goals while maintaining the high standards Equinox is known for throughout the South Bay.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform professional facials and skincare treatments including customized facial services, extractions, and advanced skincare protocols
• Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess member needs and recommend personalized treatment plans
• Educate members on skincare maintenance, product selection, and lifestyle factors affecting skin health
• Maintain meticulous hygiene and sanitation standards; sterilize and organize treatment tools and equipment
• Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently to optimize member satisfaction and studio flow
• Stay current with skincare trends, new techniques, and product knowledge relevant to professional esthetics
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Equinox's commitment to member experience

Requirements

• Valid California esthetician license in good standing
• Minimum 1–2 years of professional esthetics experience
• Proficiency in facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or similar modalities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours including evenings and weekends as needed
• Commitment to continuous professional development and member satisfaction
