Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization based in Lohr am Main seeking a Business IT Specialist / IT Project Manager to drive digitalization and process optimization initiatives.

In this role, you will lead the continuous improvement of internal operations through modern automation and smart workflows. Your key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and optimizing existing processes across ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms, developing automated solutions using No-Code and Low-Code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make.com, or Airtable
• Managing digitalization projects independently from planning through rollout
• Building and maintaining APIs, automation flows, and integrations with business systems
• Developing AI-powered automation solutions that deliver measurable value in customer service, reporting, and internal workflows
• Contributing to IT architecture planning based on Microsoft Azure, Intune, and modern cloud solutions
• Creating custom internal applications that streamline operations and enhance efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Power Automate) and API interfaces
• Ability to follow and improve upon established processes
• Quick learner with high levels of discipline and self-direction
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its practical business applications
• Structured, solution-oriented thinking with a drive to continuously improve systems
• German language proficiency required for this position
