Wir vertreten ein etabliertes, inhabergeführtes Ingenieurbüro in Berlin, das anspruchsvolle Projekte im Bereich Versorgungstechnik realisiert. Unser Mandant sucht einen erfahrenen Fachingenieur für Versorgungstechnik (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Raumlufttechnik oder Heizungs- und Kältetechnik. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eigenständig öffentliche Bauprojekte und arbeiten in einer Organisation mit flachen Hierarchien und kurzen Entscheidungswegen.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Eigenständige Abwicklung von Projekten in der Versorgungstechnik von der Projektstudie bis zur Übergabe
- Projektierung und Planung von raumlufttechnischen oder heizungs- und kältetechnischen Anlagen
- Koordination und Abstimmung mit allen Planungsbeteiligten
- Eigenständige CAD-Konstruktion
- Durchführung technischer Berechnungen und Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen
- Begleitung anspruchsvoller Projekte im öffentlichen Bereich, häufig im Gesundheitswesen
Was wir suchen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Versorgungstechnik, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Raumlufttechnik oder Heizungs- und Kältetechnik
- Erfahrung in der Projektierung öffentlicher Gebäude
- Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Software
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicheres Auftreten und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Führungserfahrung oder Führungskompetenz von Vorteil
