Our talent team is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of the recruiting lifecycle and help build a compelling employer brand in the German market.

This role combines hands-on, end-to-end recruiting with a clear growth path toward employer branding strategy. You'll work in a flexible hybrid environment and partner with a high-performing, collaborative People & Culture team that values autonomy, impact, and forward-thinking approaches to talent.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the entire hiring process from intake to offer across multiple departments and locations, including channel strategy, candidate screening, and stakeholder partnership
  • Active Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage talent through creative channels, Boolean search techniques, and highly personalized outreach
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain structured, transparent candidate funnels with rigorous ATS discipline to ensure scalability and quality at volume
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, challenging role requirements constructively while maintaining high quality standards
  • Employer Branding Development: Design and implement initiatives that authentically showcase the company culture, positioning yourself as a brand ambassador on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Candidate Experience: Craft every touchpoint in the candidate journey to reflect the organization's values and strengthen employer brand perception
  • Strategic Input: Contribute actively to role profiles, job descriptions, and interview processes with a solutions-oriented mindset

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Recruiting Track Record: Several years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience in demanding, fast-paced environments
  • Sourcing Expertise: Strong active sourcing capabilities with proficiency in Boolean search and non-traditional talent identification channels
  • Process Ownership: Demonstrated ability to independently manage recruiting processes, advise stakeholders, and close complex hires
  • Structured Approach: Excellent ATS hygiene and process discipline to ensure performance visibility and scalability
  • Employer Branding Curiosity: Genuine interest in how talent attraction and brand positioning intersect, with a pragmatic approach to testing what works
  • Influencing Skills: Strong presence and persuasion abilities; you build trust quickly and represent quality standards with clarity and diplomacy
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent German and English required for this Munich-based role
  • Action-Oriented Mindset: You make decisions, think in solutions, and drive initiatives forward with clear accountability
