Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (.Net with React)

Endava is hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (.Net with React) for a remote position based in Cluj-Napoca, CJ, RO. This is a full-time opportunity to join their Client Delivery and Engineering teams.

The Opportunity

Senior full-stack engineers at Endava drive impactful technology solutions for global clients. You'll architect and develop scalable applications using.Net and React, collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-performance software. This is a chance to grow your technical leadership whilst working on meaningful projects from Cluj-Napoca—fully remote.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and build server-side services and APIs using.Net, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability
• Develop responsive user interfaces and front-end logic with React, translating requirements into clean, efficient code
• Collaborate with product teams, architects, and other engineers to define technical solutions and system design
• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices across the team
• Participate in the full development lifecycle: planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimising applications for reliability and scalability

What You Bring

• Proven expertise with.Net (C#) and React, with a portfolio of substantial full-stack projects
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design principles
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with relational or NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in distributed teams
• Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to code quality and technical excellence
