Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization in Karlsruhe seeking an Intensive Client Advisor specializing in restructuring and turnaround situations. Working alongside a dedicated team of 15 colleagues, you will manage distressed credit portfolios for both private and commercial clients with the goal of achieving financial recovery, reducing risk exposure, or facilitating orderly exit strategies.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Professional management of restructuring cases from private and business client segments
• Analysis of assigned cases and assessment of risk profiles
• Implementation of immediate liquidity-securing measures
• Development of restructuring concepts and active guidance of turnaround activities

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with proven expertise in banking and credit management:

• Bankfachwirt qualification (German banking specialist certification)
• Demonstrated experience in credit assessment and lending
• Background in client advisory services
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating financial distress situations
• Ability to develop and execute restructuring strategies

Pay
