Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential management consulting organization based in Speyer, Germany. This senior consulting role combines client delivery excellence with business development ownership.

You will lead complex transformation and organizational change engagements for enterprise clients, taking responsibility for both project execution and the growth of client relationships. Your work will span strategic advisory through hands-on implementation, ensuring sustainable outcomes.

Key activities include:

• Managing demanding client mandates across transformation, organizational development, process optimization, and change management
• Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and converting them into successful engagements
• Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers in client organizations
• Leading workshops and organizational assessments on-site at client locations
• Contributing to the firm's strategic direction and practice development
• Collaborating with experienced colleagues across different specializations to deliver integrated solutions

Our client seeks a seasoned consulting professional who combines technical expertise with entrepreneurial thinking and established market credibility.

Essential requirements:

• Multiple years of successful experience in management consulting focused on transformation, organizational development, process management, or change
• Proven track record leading complex client engagements
• Established professional network and existing relationships with enterprise decision-makers
• Demonstrated experience developing consulting assignments and expanding client accounts
• Ability to recognize new business opportunities and translate them into successful projects
• Confident handling of complex change initiatives across diverse organizational contexts
• Willingness to travel regularly for on-site client work, including workshops and organizational analyses
• German language fluency required for this role
