- Testing & Quality Assurance: Organize and oversee internal and external product testing to validate claims, efficacy, and quality; manage necessary optimization processes
- Communication & Campaigns: Develop creative concepts for product communication and lead campaign development and execution with relevant stakeholders
- Digital Marketing Interface: Create content ideas and provide expertise for digital communications, develop storyboards and briefs, and collaborate closely on content and campaign implementation
What We're Looking For
- Completed university degree with several years of solid experience in product management and/or product development, ideally in FMCG, beauty, or professional hair-care sectors
- Strong knowledge of product development, supplier and production management, and managing products throughout their complete lifecycle
- Experience analyzing pricing, costs, margins, competitors, and markets, with the ability to translate insights into concrete product and business decisions
- Passion and proven experience in go-to-market and launch management, as well as developing and implementing innovative product concepts

- Ideally, initial experience leading and developing teams, with enthusiasm for motivating employees, developing talent, and delegating responsibility
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with strong problem-solving capabilities and organizational strength
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and persuasiveness when engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Courage to pursue new ideas, innovation mindset, and the determination to successfully transform concepts into concrete products, communications, and projects
