Unser Talent-Team bei Get A Job.ai vertritt einen führenden Anbieter im Bereich Fördertechnik und Aufzugslösungen. Wir suchen für den Standort Berlin einen engagierten Projektleiter (m/w/d) Modernisierung, der technische Modernisierungsprojekte in den Bereichen Aufzugstechnik und fördertechnische Anlagen betreut.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Klärung technischer Anforderungen für Reparaturmaßnahmen und Ersatzteile, teilweise in direkter Kundenabstimmung
- Erstellung von Angeboten unter Verwendung standardisierter Kalkulationstools und Module
- Einholung und Bewertung von Lieferantenangeboten
- Prozess- und Datenpflege im ERP-System (SAP S/4HANA)
- Auftragsabwicklung von der Beschaffung bis zum Versand in Abstimmung mit Servicemeistern
- Vorbereitung der Rechnungserstellung und Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungsansprüchen
- Führen von Statistiken und Auswertungen
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in der Fördertechnik oder Aufzugsbranche von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office sowie wünschenswert erste Erfahrungen mit einem ERP-System (z.B. SAP S/4HANA)
- Selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Stakeholdern

Vergütung
Die Vergütung wird direkt vom Auftraggeber festgelegt und richtet sich nach Tarifvertrag M+E NRW. Zusätzlich werden 30 Tage Urlaub, Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld, flexible Arbeitszeiten mit Möglichkeit zu mobilem Arbeiten, betriebliche Altersvorsorge und Firmenfitnessprogramme geboten.
