As an Assistant Manager at Domino's, you'll play a key role in keeping our Erie store running smoothly. You'll work alongside the General Manager to oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure our customers receive the quality they expect from us. This is a full-time position that offers hands-on leadership experience in a dynamic food service setting.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and maintain high standards for food quality and customer service
• Lead and mentor team members, ensuring excellent customer experiences on every order
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and supplies to keep the store well-stocked
• Assist with scheduling and staff coordination to ensure adequate coverage
• Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reconciliation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety standards
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Previous experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in food service or retail
• Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with team members and customers
• Reliable and committed to showing up on time for every shift
• Basic math and computer skills for daily operations
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
