About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS client in search of a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own the full pipeline engine—from campaign creation through execution, measurement, and optimization. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage paid media across Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube, lead the event calendar including trade shows and webinars, and architect the marketing automation platform that powers lead routing, scoring, and attribution.
You'll inherit a functioning demand generation program with live paid channels, an established event calendar, and existing HubSpot and attribution infrastructure. Your mandate is to make it stronger, more efficient, and more measurable. Roughly two-thirds of your time will focus on driving demand through campaigns and events, while the remaining third will be dedicated to building the systems that ensure that demand is captured, measured, and repeatable.
This is a small team with significant impact potential. Changes you implement early in the week can go live by week's end, and you'll have real authority to fix what isn't working from day one.
Responsibilities
- Translate go-to-market priorities and quarterly pipeline targets into integrated campaigns across paid media, events, and email, then build and execute them
- Own paid media end-to-end, including building, launching, and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube while partnering with an external agency on execution
- Drive the event calendar, including trade shows, webinars, and executive roundtables, sharpening targeting and follow-through while focusing investment on high-ROI programs
- Carry a quarterly qualified-pipeline number and defend coverage, quality, and conversion metrics with sales leadership
- Architect and administer HubSpot, managing workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign objects, and the Salesforce sync
- Build and maintain the metrics that matter: CPL, cost per qualified opportunity, event-sourced pipeline, and multi-touch attribution
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams internally, and with agencies, venues, and sponsors externally
- Audit existing systems and deliver specific recommendations on what's fragile, missing, or misleading in current attribution and lifecycle reporting
- Show measurable improvement on channel efficiency, event-to-pipeline conversion, and attribution accuracy within the first six months
What We're Looking For
Required Experience and Skills:
- Proven track record of hands-on HubSpot ownership, having personally architected and administered an instance including workflows, lifecycle management, scoring, campaigns, and Salesforce sync
- Direct paid media execution experience, with hands-on work building, optimizing, and pacing campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Salesforce fluency, with the ability to navigate objects, fields, and reports and understand how marketing data flows into the CRM
- B2B SaaS demand generation experience, ideally within a considered, multi-stakeholder sales cycle
- Experience owning event strategy and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and executive-level programs
- Comfort owning a function end-to-end, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in an individual contributor role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage internal stakeholders and external vendors effectively
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in privacy, data governance, security, compliance, or other regulated technical software categories
- Marketo or Pardot experience alongside HubSpot
- Familiarity with account-based marketing or intent-data tools
- Comfort using AI to accelerate operational work such as campaign QA, data hygiene, or reporting synthesis
- Experience being the first or founding owner of a demand generation or marketing operations function
