We are representing a confidential marketing technology client in their search for a Founding Forward Deployed Marketer. This is a rare opportunity to join as the first person in a brand-new function, working directly with innovative enterprise brands to bridge cutting-edge AI-powered marketing platforms and real-world performance marketing challenges.

Our client operates at the intersection of customer data and artificial intelligence, serving some of the world's leading consumer brands. As part of the Solutions & Success organization, you'll act as both strategic advisor and commercial driver—educating performance marketing leaders, shaping pilot programs, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Engage peer-to-peer with performance marketing teams at top-tier companies, helping them understand how AI-driven workflows can solve their attribution and campaign scaling challenges
• Partner with the sales organization to navigate complex enterprise buying processes, define pilot success criteria, and drive pilots to closed-won deals
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure AI-generated marketing assets are optimized for conversion and aligned with performance data
• Build the go-to-market playbook for this new function from scratch, defining educational frameworks and feeding market insights back to product and engineering teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to marketing leaders evaluating next-generation platform capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Performance marketing DNA: Deep, hands-on experience running and scaling performance marketing campaigns; you understand the metrics, pain points, and day-to-day realities of modern performance marketers
• Sales acumen: Strong commercial instincts with the ability to guide prospects through evaluation processes, build consensus, handle objections, and close deals—whether through formal sales experience or natural ability
• Cross-functional fluency: Proven experience working with creative teams and designers; you know how to brief creatives, evaluate assets, and tie creative performance back to marketing metrics
• Zero-to-one mindset: You thrive in ambiguity and are energized by building new functions from the ground up in fast-paced environments
• Technical curiosity: Eagerness to dive deep into AI-driven creative performance and the evolving landscape of intelligent marketing tools
• Location: United States (remote)

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $180,000–$250,000 per year (location-independent), plus meaningful equity compensation.
