Specialist Solutions Architect – AI/ML

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data platform organization seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect - AI/ML in Brazil. This is a remote role where you'll serve as a trusted technical AI and ML expert, working directly with enterprise customers to architect production-grade AI applications and guide their technical strategy. You'll collaborate with solution architects, strengthen your expertise in cutting-edge GenAI and MLOps technologies, and establish yourself as an AI thought leader while mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-level ML and AI workloads for enterprise customers using unified data platforms, including agents, end-to-end ML pipelines, training/inference optimization, cloud-native service integration, and MLOps
• Serve as a trusted practitioner for enterprise GenAI solutions, including RAG architectures, agentic systems (tool-calling agents, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails), natural language querying of structured data, AI evaluation and observability, and monitoring systems
• Build, scale, and optimize customer AI workloads while applying best-in-class MLOps practices to productionize these workloads across various domains
• Provide advanced technical support to solution architects during technical sales cycles, covering feature engineering, model training, tracking, serving, and monitoring within unified platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to represent customer voice, define priorities, and influence product roadmaps for AI offerings

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on industry ML experience in at least one of the following:
  • ML Engineer: Building and maintaining production-grade cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) that supports deployment of ML applications, including drift monitoring
  • AI Engineer: Experience with latest techniques in LLMs and agentic systems, including vector databases, fine-tuning LLMs, AI guardrail systems, and deploying LLMs with tools such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, etc.) or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience communicating and/or teaching technical concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences
• Passion for collaboration, lifelong learning, and driving business value through ML and AI
• Preferred: 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales role
• Ability to meet expectations for technical training and role-specific outcomes within 3 months of hire
• Willingness to travel up to 30% when needed
