Responsibilities
- Design scalable, clean UX/UI using wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes

- Take ownership of design decisions and maintain momentum in a fast-paced, agile setting
- Collaborate with cross-functional experts and navigate diverse stakeholder perspectives to build consensus
- Challenge assumptions constructively and advocate for users in every design decision
What We're Looking For
- Strong UX/UI design skills across the full design process—research, ideation, prototyping, validation
- Systems thinking or cross-platform design experience (mobile, desktop, wearables)
- AI-native approach: active use of AI tools to accelerate design and prototyping workflows
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a co-creator mentality
- Ability to present and defend design work with clarity, openness, and without ego
- Portfolio demonstrating the above capabilities—candidates range from motivated recent graduates with standout work to experienced professionals seeking high-impact roles
- Fluent English for daily collaboration
- C1-level German required; additional languages a plus
