About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization in their search for Sales Development Representatives to support expansion in the Australian market. This is an evergreen requisition designed to build a pipeline of talented SDRs for future opportunities as they become available.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in building our client's presence within the Australian market. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Generating new business opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound lead management
• Engaging managed service providers via phone, email, and other channels to understand their pain points and identify solutions
• Conducting high-volume calling activities (50+ calls per day) to book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
• Articulating value propositions clearly and responding to prospect questions in a timely, professional manner
• Collaborating with sales management to develop targeted prospect lists, call strategies, and messaging approaches
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Contributing ideas to improve sales processes, training, and use of technology
