Senior Product Designer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that has built a comprehensive platform serving the construction and real estate sectors globally. Our talent team is searching for a Senior Product Designer to join their remote-first product development organization.

In this role, you'll shape user experiences for a complex B2B web application, working at the intersection of product strategy, user research, and visual design. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive interfaces that solve real problems for construction project stakeholders worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product management and engineering teams to design and refine user interfaces that drive product success
• Build clickable prototypes to validate design concepts and facilitate stakeholder feedback
• Lead rapid design exploration and prototyping efforts early in the product development lifecycle
• Plan and execute user research initiatives, including A/B testing, usability studies, and behavioral experiments
• Translate research findings, user data, and test results into actionable design recommendations
• Iterate continuously on designs based on user feedback, product metrics, and business objectives
• Conduct competitive research to inform design strategy and identify opportunities
• Support development teams during implementation with design guidance and clarifications
• Work within an established design system to ensure consistency across the product
• Own features end-to-end, from initial concept through final delivery

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI/Product Designer or similar role
• Proven track record in rapid design iteration, prototyping, and concept validation
• Hands-on experience with user research methodologies, including A/B testing, usability testing, and experiment design
• Strong ability to synthesize user insights, behavioral data, and business requirements into clear design solutions
• Deep understanding of product design processes, interaction design principles, and user-centered design best practices
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and ownership mentality to drive projects independently
