Position Summary
This full-time Community Manager role is based in Middletown and centers on building vibrant, engaged communities at our Springwood Glen and Highspire Apartments properties. You'll create welcoming spaces, connect residents to support, and help foster the safe, affordable housing communities we're dedicated to providing.
What You'll Do
- Organize community events and programs that encourage resident connection and engagement
- Address resident concerns and maintenance requests with responsiveness and care
- Oversee community common areas to ensure they remain safe and inviting
- Work with maintenance and management to resolve resident issues efficiently
- Apply community policies consistently while supporting resident success
- Develop partnerships with local services and organizations to benefit residents
- Document activities, incidents, and resident interactions per community standards
