Therapy Connect Pediatrics Recruiting is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide specialized care for pediatric patients in Tyler, Smith County, Texas on a part-time basis. About the Role
As a therapist with Therapy Connect, you'll go far beyond standard treatment delivery—you'll build meaningful connections with young patients and their families while advancing each child's functional abilities and independence. Our clinicians work collaboratively to ensure every child receives coordinated, comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs.
What You'll Do
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to pediatric clients in their homes throughout Tyler and surrounding areas
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that target each child's specific functional and developmental goals
- Coordinate seamlessly with family members and other providers to support whole-child wellness and progress
- Track and document clinical outcomes, adapting therapy approaches based on patient response and assessment data
- Maintain clinical excellence and professional standards in all patient interactions and documentation
What We're Looking For
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Clinical experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy populations
- Proficiency in pediatric assessment and intervention techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with children and families
- Commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practice
- Reliable transportation and willingness to conduct in-home visits across Tyler and Smith County
