Adara Communities is seeking a full-time Apartment Leasing Agent for its 240-unit luxury community in Conroe, Montgomery County. If you excel at building relationships, closing leases, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As an Apartment Leasing Agent at Adara Communities, you'll be the face of our community, welcoming prospective residents and guiding them through the leasing process. You'll work at our Arella Forest at Woodlands location, a modern luxury apartment community where attention to detail and resident satisfaction drive everything we do. This position offers the opportunity to combine sales expertise with genuine hospitality in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct property tours and showcase units to prospective residents, highlighting amenities and community features
• Process rental applications, verify tenant information, and guide residents through lease execution
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, answering questions about floor plans, pricing, and lease terms
• Schedule and coordinate move-in appointments and resident orientations
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property layout, amenities, pricing structure, and current promotions
• Meet monthly leasing targets and contribute to overall occupancy goals
• Provide exceptional customer service that creates positive first impressions and drives resident referrals

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven sales or customer service experience, preferably in real estate or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work full-time, including some weekends and evenings as needed
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping others find their home
• Proficiency with office software and willingness to learn property management systems
