About This Position
We're seeking an experienced recruiting professional to coordinate partner placement initiatives and support complex talent acquisition at the executive level. You'll work with confidentiality and precision, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our most valued partnerships. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder recruitment coordination seamlessly.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment efforts across partner accounts, managing candidate pipelines and placement timelines
- Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, and facilitate connections between partners and qualified talent
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, databases, and metrics; track placement progress and report on pipeline activity
- Support senior-level hiring initiatives with confidentiality and discretion
- Liaise between hiring partners, candidates, and internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment execution
- Handle special projects and recruitment needs as assigned by leadership
Requirements
- Proven experience in executive or high-level recruitment coordination
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive recruitment information
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
