About the Role

As a Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's, you'll work in a fast-paced order fulfillment environment, ensuring every customer order is picked, staged, inspected, and shipped with precision. This role combines attention to detail with a focus on maintaining a safe, organized workspace and delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and customers.

What You'll Do

• Pick customer orders from inventory and stage them in designated areas with accuracy and speed
• Inspect orders for completeness and quality, catching errors before they reach customers
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe staging and work areas following company standards
• Validate orders against fulfillment paperwork and resolve discrepancies
• Assist customers with questions and route complex inquiries to the appropriate associates
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment including forklifts and order pickers
• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily fulfillment targets
