About the Role
This full-time, on-site Assembly Operator position in Algood, Putnam County is built for hands-on team members who take pride in craftsmanship and consistency. Working a dedicated weekend-night schedule, you'll move parts through an assigned area until each unit is fully assembled and ready for the next stage. The shift runs Thursday through Saturday nights, 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM CST.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components within your designated area, carrying each unit through to a completed final product.
- Follow the standard operating procedure (SOP) at every station inside your assigned assembly cell.
- Inspect each piece you produce, verifying it meets established appearance and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and standards-compliant workstation throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with line teammates to keep production moving smoothly and on pace.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, understand, and consistently apply written work instructions and SOPs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality on every unit.
- Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on assembly tasks while standing for extended periods.
- Dependable availability for the Thursday–Saturday overnight schedule (5:45 PM–6:15 AM CST).
- A team-oriented mindset and reliable, punctual attendance.
