Senior Corporate Human Resources Manager of Supply Chain

Perdue Farms is seeking a Senior Corporate Human Resources Manager of Supply Chain for a full-time position based in Salisbury, Wicomico County. In this critical corporate HR role, you'll lead human resources strategy and operations across our supply chain organization, building and developing teams that support our mission to deliver premium proteins to consumers and foodservice partners worldwide.

What This Role Involves

As Senior Corporate Human Resources Manager of Supply Chain at Perdue Farms, you'll bridge our HR function with our supply chain operations, developing and executing HR strategies tailored to the unique needs of our logistics, procurement, and distribution teams. You'll own talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives, while ensuring our supply chain workforce has the tools, training, and support to succeed. Your expertise will help shape company culture across our supply chain division and advance Perdue Farms' commitment to creating products responsibly and building a workplace where people thrive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement human resources programs, policies, and initiatives specifically designed for supply chain operations and teams
• Lead recruitment, screening, and hiring efforts for supply chain positions, from entry-level to senior leadership roles
• Manage compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy for supply chain employees to remain competitive in the market
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution within the supply chain division
• Drive talent development, career pathing, and succession planning for high-potential supply chain professionals
• Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, and regulatory requirements across all supply chain operations
• Collaborate with supply chain leadership to understand workforce challenges and deliver strategic HR solutions
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with Perdue Farms' values and mission

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional HR experience)
• 5+ years of human resources experience, with demonstrated success in corporate or supply chain HR functions
• Strong knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and HR compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and workforce planning
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and multiple organizational levels
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with business acumen
