The Opportunity

As a Product Manager II at Indeed, you'll own product vision and strategy for features and experiences that directly impact our mission to help people get jobs. You'll collaborate across engineering, design, data science, and marketing to define, build, and launch products that solve real problems for job seekers and employers. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product strategy, roadmap, and vision to stakeholders across the organization
• Partner with engineers and designers to define requirements, scope features, and drive execution
• Analyze product metrics, user behavior, and market trends to inform data-driven decisions
• Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate them into product direction
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from conception through launch and beyond
• Prioritize features and trade-offs to maximize impact on job seekers and employer customers
• Present product strategy and results to leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience at technology companies
• Proven track record shipping products that users love
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product strategy
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-moving environment
