Your Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs throughout your shift, recognizing and reporting arrhythmias and clinical changes
• Respond to patient alarms and alerts with prompt clinical assessment and appropriate intervention
• Document patient data accurately in electronic health records and communicate findings to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and manage intravenous therapy per provider orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and nursing colleagues to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Provide patient and family education, comfort measures, and compassionate nursing support

Who We're Looking For

• Valid RN license
• Prior experience in telemetry, cardiac care, or acute care nursing
• Current CPR certification
