Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients, including those with neurological conditions.
- Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry data, escalating changes promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while documenting patient status and care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Nebraska.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in Med Surg / Telemetry nursing.
- Familiarity with neuro patient populations and cardiac telemetry monitoring.
- Availability to commit to a 13-week assignment working 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, starting August 17, 2026.
