Fratco is hiring a 1st Shift Line Operator for our Algona, Kossuth County facility. This is a part-time position where you'll contribute directly to our production operations and help keep our team running smoothly on the first shift.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production line equipment during 1st shift hours
• Follow production schedules and quality standards consistently
• Inspect finished products and materials for defects or inconsistencies
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Pack, stack, or prepare products for shipment as needed
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to maintain workflow
• Record production data and report any issues or downtime
