About the Role

As a Marketing Manager for KSL Media Group in Salt Lake City, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies for one of Utah's most influential media properties. You'll connect audiences throughout the region to news, entertainment, information, and commerce solutions that matter to their daily lives.

What You'll Do

• Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, traditional media, and social platforms targeting Salt Lake City and regional audiences
• Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance against key metrics and business objectives
• Partner with creative, editorial, and revenue teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals
• Develop marketing messaging and content strategies that reinforce brand identity and resonate with Utah audiences
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and optimize marketing approaches
• Foster partnerships with community stakeholders and key media contacts
• Track emerging trends in media marketing and digital transformation

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within media, broadcasting, or digital marketing
• Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects and campaigns concurrently
• Strong command of digital marketing platforms, social media strategy, and analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and performance analytics tools
• Strategic and analytical mindset with strong execution capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent professional background
