RN / LPN – Full Time Nights

Good Samaritan is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team at our Pipestone, Minnesota residential community. We offer full-time employment serving seniors in a faith-grounded, mission-centered healthcare environment.

The Opportunity

In this overnight nursing role, you'll be part of a committed care team serving older adults in one of the Upper Midwest's longest-established senior housing programs. With over 100 years of heritage in Christian service, Good Samaritan provides 36 weekly hours of meaningful, direct patient care work during night shifts. This full-time position offers a salary range of $28.00 to $48.00 per hour—ideal for nurses who thrive in evening-to-morning schedules and value relationship-based care.

What You'll Do

• Deliver skilled nursing care to residents, including assessment, medication administration, and wound management
• Monitor resident health status throughout night hours and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with nursing assistants, care coordinators, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Document nursing interventions and clinical observations in accordance with facility policies and regulations
• Support residents' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing during nighttime hours
• Participate in the facility's quality improvement and safety initiatives

Requirements

• Current Minnesota RN or LPN license in active, good standing
• Ability to work full-time overnight shifts (night schedule)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Commitment to person-centered care and a faith-grounded care philosophy
