As a Family Law Paralegal in Beverly Hills, you'll work closely with attorneys on a diverse caseload, managing every stage of family law matters from initial consultation through resolution. You'll be integral to delivering high-quality representation in divorce, custody, spousal support, and related family law cases.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft family law pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research on case-specific family law issues and precedents
• Manage case files, documentation, and court deadlines using firm systems
• Perform client intake interviews, document gathering, and initial case analysis
• Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and third parties on procedural matters
• Support attorneys in trial and deposition preparation
• Maintain client communication and provide administrative case support

Who We're Looking For

• Paralegal certification or equivalent family law experience required
• Proficiency in legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and legal professionals
• Ability to manage multiple cases, meet strict deadlines, and maintain meticulous accuracy
• Solid understanding of family law concepts, pleadings, and procedure
