Position Summary

As a Talent Partnership Agent at Fashion Nova, you'll be the bridge between our brand and the talent ecosystem. Your role is to identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships that elevate Fashion Nova's presence across our Women, Men, Kids, and Beauty divisions. You'll work directly to connect emerging and established talent with high-impact collaboration opportunities, supporting Fashion Nova's mission to deliver the most-wanted styles to millions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and pitch collaboration opportunities to talent, influencers, and content creators across all product categories
• Manage ongoing relationships with existing talent partners, ensuring smooth campaign execution and partnership satisfaction
• Coordinate partnership details, including deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations
• Track and report on partnership performance metrics and campaign impact
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging talent to identify new partnership opportunities
• Communicate partnership terms and brand vision clearly to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent management, influencer relations, brand partnerships, or similar roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and influencer marketing landscape
• Ability to negotiate and close partnership agreements
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple partnerships simultaneously
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and brand building
