About This Position
As a ServiceNow Technical Architect at Accenture, you'll define platform strategy and technical blueprints for large-scale enterprise ServiceNow deployments. This full-time role bridges business transformation and technology execution within Accenture's ServiceNow Business Group, delivering platform solutions that drive competitive advantage for Fortune 500 organizations. You'll architect solutions on ServiceNow's platform alongside complementary cloud environments including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, shaping how enterprises modernize their IT and business operations at scale.
Core Duties
- Design comprehensive technical architectures for enterprise ServiceNow implementations across IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and Enterprise Service Management
- Lead architecture workshops, assessments, and strategy sessions with client executive and technical stakeholders
- Define integration patterns and data strategies connecting ServiceNow to enterprise systems and cloud platforms
- Establish technical governance, standards, and best practices for platform implementations
- Mentor implementation teams through complex architectural decisions and technical challenges
- Evaluate emerging ServiceNow capabilities and cloud-native technologies to optimize client outcomes
Who We're Looking For
- Demonstrated expertise designing ServiceNow solutions at enterprise scale with deep platform knowledge across multiple modules
- Strong background in enterprise systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience with large-scale cloud transformation initiatives on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or comparable platforms
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs
- Excellent stakeholder communication and executive-level presentation skills
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or equivalent demonstrated expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
