Property Manager

Avenue5 Residential, LLC seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at our Premier residential community in Pioneer Square, King County. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary of $105,000 to $110,000 annually, plus a 30% housing discount.

About the Role

As Property Manager at Avenue5 Residential, LLC, you will oversee day-to-day operations at The Ryder, ensuring exceptional experiences for our residents while maintaining the property to the highest standards. This role balances financial stewardship, resident relations, and team leadership—making you central to our community's success in the Pioneer Square area.

What You'll Do

• Manage all property operations, including maintenance, budgeting, and vendor relationships
• Foster positive resident relations through responsive communication and conflict resolution
• Oversee lease administration, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals
• Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and safety standards
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate with Avenue5's broader team
• Monitor and optimize property performance, occupancy, and revenue
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate repairs
• Create a thriving community culture aligned with Avenue5's resident-first values

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing residential properties or similar facilities
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent financial acumen and budget management ability
• Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with local King County housing codes and regulations
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle competing priorities
